Refund & Return Policy

At Insightful Lantern, we prioritise customer satisfaction. Please review the refund/return terms below.

 

1. Digital Products

Digital items such as ebooks, PDFs, or downloadable files cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

 

2. Physical Books (If Applicable)

If physical books are offered and shipped:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The book must be unused and in its original condition.

• The customer must bear return shipping costs.

 

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A printing error

• The wrong item

Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will offer:

• A replacement (where possible), or

• A full refund.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
